Step 1.
The foundation system must be installed properly, including the foundation beam.
Step 2.
Cast the concrete to the foundation beam, with the connectors attached.
Step 3.
Make the connectors for b-panel® by placing steel bars (diameter : 10 mm, length : 60 cm) on the beams (and columns) in two rows alternately (zigzag). The interval between connectors is 80 cm in one row.
Step 4.
Prepare panel according to cutting list. For modular panels, cut the panel where the openings for windows and doors are needed. Connect panels to one another with concrete wire.
Step 5.
Install panels on top of foundation beams. Start with the corners of the building. Connect panels using overlaping flat wire mesh with concrete wires.
Step 6.
The corners of window and door openings should be strengthened with flat wire mesh.
Step 7.
Set the U wire mesh along the cutting edge of the openings.
Step 8.
L wire meshes are used on every corner of the walls.
Step 9.
Use wood or metal shoring to ensure that the panels are rigid and straight during the concrete spraying.
Step 10.
Plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning installation : refer to plumbing and electrical selection.
Step 11.
The plaster then can be directly sprayed on both sides of the panel. The first spraying should form a thin layer that covers the wire mesh.
Step 12.
Before the final spraying, plaster wall guides must be made (every 1 meter along the wall panel) to set the desired thickness of plaster.
Step 13.
The second layers is sprayed until the total thickness is formed, approximately 3 cm on each side.
Step 14.
Smear the plaster to make it smooth and flat.
The wall panel is ready for finishing and painting.
