b-panel^® consists of b-foam^® Polystyrene, Wire Mesh, and Connector.

b-panel^® sizes:

• Modular: 1.20 x 3.05 m  or  1.20 x 6.05 m
• Custom order (cut list according to plan drawing)

b-foam^® polystyrene

• FR (Fire Retardant)
• Density: ± 12 kg/m³ (or 11 - 30 kg/m³ by order)
• Can be ordered in Recycled Blend type (limited production)

Wiremesh

• Galvanized & regular wire, connector: galvanized
• Diameter ø3 mm, or custom order
• Spacing: 8 cm x 15 cm, or custom order
• Tensile strength: U-50 (U-40 minimum for larger diameter wiremesh)

Plaster

• Plaster thickness: 3 cm on both sides
• Concrete strength: >= K225 by shotcrete
                                     >= K175 for non-structural wall
